ABOUT ME
Professional Journey
I am a versatile Software Engineer with experience in developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. My professional journey includes working on diverse technical projects, where I have utilized a range of technologies and frameworks to build robust applications. I have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
In my roles, I have been responsible for designing and implementing user-friendly interfaces, enhancing user experiences, and improving application performance. I am proficient in using modern development tools and methodologies to ensure code quality and reliability. My work often involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver features that meet business requirements and exceed user expectations.
I am also experienced in optimizing application performance, reducing load times, and maintaining high standards of code quality. My efforts have consistently contributed to the stability and efficiency of the applications I work on, resulting in positive user feedback and high operational reliability.
Leadership and Community Involvement
I am passionate about promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). As the former Asian Pacific Allies Network (APAN) Lead, I organized events like APAN Diwali and Multiculture Culture fairs, making them educational and entertaining. My leadership and teamwork in these roles led to my promotion to Multi-Cultural Alliance (MCA) Leader for DE&I at T-Mobile. In this role, I continue to bring new ideas to foster an inclusive and fun environment for employees.
